DGC required an end to end production facility for the manufacturing of their goat milk formula.

DMC worked closely with Dairy Goat to incorporate the Cooperative’s farming model into the facilities design and layout. The result was a facility that provides DGC with control over the entire manufacturing process of their product, from production through to distribution.

This specialist facility contains a variety of purpose-built areas for evaporating, blending, storing, and canning of the dairy product. A can forming facility which was constructed adjacent to the main facility, allows DGC to produce high-quality cans, which is integral to the production process. DMC worked closely with DGC to warrant that all stages of the build met the client’s requirements. In addition, DMC was tasked with the design and development of two offices and amenities on site.

DMC was responsible for all matters of the build including project management, consenting, design, engineering, procurement of all materials and trades, and on-site delivery of the multiple projects that took place on this site.

A very high standard of health and safety in the construction and operation of this facility was required, and DMC fully supported, endorsed and successfully implemented polices to ensure the requirements were met.
